By Car

York Racecourse is just outside the city of York with good motorway links from the M1 and A1. Once near the City, Venturefest Yorkshire will be signposted with blue RAC signs. Directions from your start point can be created by visiting http://rp.rac.co.uk/routeplanner

Free Car Parking is available on site at York Racecourse.

By Rail

Shuttle Service

A Shuttle Service will be operated by The First Group in one of their FTR vehicles. This will take delegates from York Station and York Racecourse. The service will depart as per the following times:

• From York Station departing on the half hour and on the hour
• From York Racecourse, departing at 15 minutes past the hour and 45 minutes past the hour.

Disabled Access

Specific car parking arrangements have been made near to the main entrance. Please ensure you indicate you need these facilities when registering. Once in the Racecourse, access can be made to each level of the venue using either the passenger lifts or special lifts for wheelchair use.

Wheelchair Hire

Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at the venue, on receipt of a suitable deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 01904 757034; your wheelchair can then be ready for you on arrival at the venue.
