Terms and Conditions for Delegates

Please note that all sessions that are “free” for Venturefest Yorkshire are available on a first come, first served basis. We therefore recommend that you arrive in good time to attend your chosen session.

For those session bookings that involve a fee, a credit card payment is required prior to the reservation being taken. Payment of the fee will guarantee your seat at the session. Payment can be made by all major credit cards via Pay Pal.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: Prior to January 23rd 2010 any cancellations received will incur a non-refundable administration charge of £2.50 (plus VAT) per person. Cancellations received after January 23rd 2010 will be non-refundable.
